Our blinds came out great! Our representative was very responsive and helpful with the process. He explained everything to use and helped us choose the right blinds
We are currently living a nightmare with this company. Money collected for the wrong product that took more than double the time than quoted to get installed incorrectly (cheaper valence and placed incorrectly in the frame due to improper valence). We have now been waiting an additional month without the correct product and realizing the damage as to the improperly installed product in the wrong location will probably cost us a painter to address this. If you’re in the market for blinds/shades within budget then JDX will be your best option. I got Hunter Douglas blinds before JDX. I got JDX blinds for some other areas and the bill is quite low. I worked with the sales advisor Jun. He is very pleasant to deal with. The technician who came for installation is a seasoned professional who finished the job very well in a short amount of time. A lot of homes nearby went with JDX for roller shades, zebra shades, patio shades etc. Highly recommend JDX.
I have a friend that purchased blinds from them & was not told that the blinds that he purchased was special ordered & was a month away from being delivered. As a new home owner, you need blinds to cover your home. He has 4 huge windows on the front where everyone can see in the house. Why dont he just leave the front door open so people can steal his stuff. And now that he wants to cancel it, they wont refund his money. My friend is a new homeowner & he needs to cover his home.
