GO TO HOME DEPOT This is possibly the worst company I have ever had the bad judgement to use. Their professionalism is non existant. No one in the company can make a proper diagnosis, nor give you a straight answer as to repair questions, or in this case ineffective repairs that have been made. The office demeanor is harsh at best. You will have a better outcome if you go to HOME DEPOT and ask how to do the repairs yourself
