Called up this company for an estimate on roof repair and made an appointment for later on that week. Not only did they not show up at the time they said they would be there, they did not even call. I understand that sometimes there are unforeseen delays/mistakes so I called and spoke with John a second time. He reassured me that he would be out at my residence within an hour/hour and a half. I never saw nor received a call from JD Roofing.
Contacted John about loose tile on the roof of my house. He came the same day to fix the tile and discovered additional items that needed to be repaired. John acted in a professional manner and explained what repairs needed to be completed. I would recommend John and definitely call him again if needed!
