This is the first time I have felt the need to write a review, not to mention a poor one. I moved into a brand new (small) Betenbough home. 3 1/2 yrs ago and have had trouble with my heating and air conditioning ever since. Upon the closing of the sale of my home I was given a list of who to call for various problems and JD's Heating and Plumbing was who I was to call for this since they are contracted to install the units in all of the betenbough homes.
