Terrible experience and I will NEVER go back!! Unprofessional and non-communication is what did it for me. I needed my water pump changed so I took it to JD who has worked on my previous vehicle and he said he could have it done in 13 hours and it took him 3 weeks! In the midst of him hardly ever returning my calls, his mechanic quit, while working on my vehicle due to JD being disrespectful to him as well. After FINALLY getting my vehicle back, the check engine light was still on due to the camshaft, etc. not being put back... read more
