The worst experience I ever had. Went to replace my antenna and had some minor roof damage. Antenna was replaced and now when it rains water comes in from the roof. They did not put my headliner back in correctly. The owner and/or manager was rude, walked away and refused to listen, try to understand and help. Another employee said why would I suggest to just replace the antenna. They are the experts, I never suggested that. The owner told me that he could replace the antenna no problems. A few years ago JD"s painted my old Volvo 960 station wagon. It was beautiful, and they even went to the trouble of finding the original paint spec. It looked like a new car. Very recently they repaired serious damage to the left front fender and driver's door of my 2018 Volvo S60. It came out looking like it did in the showroom. They do excellent work for a very reasonable price. On top of that, they are friendly - and have good coffee. Tim Adams, Philadelphia

Took my car for inspection. The mechanic messed up something on my car and he fixed the problem, but it was as though they were hiding something from me. I had to call to get my receipt. I should have never left the shop without it because whatever they did I did not get the original receipt. They were not being honest with me.
