We contacted this company on 7/2/26 after finding them online and seeing their strong ratings. A technician from JDL came to our home to diagnose an issue with our AC/heating system not working properly. After explaining the situation, I showed that the system was being affected through the Pepco app on my phone. The technician immediately stated that nothing could be done unless that setting was removed. It was nearly 100 degrees when my AC broke. John came right over with a couple other guys to fix it. It had to be close to 120 degrees in the attic but they went up & repaired it for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again.
Anytime you call JDM there out asap. And professional very. They give such good service they are doing a new hvac system
John and Brandon came out within a short notice and solved my AC issue. Super informative and fast. Definitely will reach out to them with any future issues.
John is a very skilled contractor. He’s friendly and professional. We’ve worked with him for years as our primary HVAC servicer and if we were still living in the area, we would be continuing with him.
