I had my 2011 Evo X painted by JD Image. Instead of writing a long essay about how displeased I am. I will briefly mention that my car was delivered 2 weeks late of a 4 week deadline. The front bumper has been resprayed twice, and not 5 months later it is all peeling off the car. If you have a beater he can paint it. If you have a show car, or a car that you give any shits about. Don’t let him touch it. Wasted money, wasted time, and I’m looking for a true professional to redo the work. Very disappointed.
Mike was able to do work on my vehicle that so many other body shops wouldn’t touch. He was able to take the car in short notice and have it back the same day I dropped it off. I will be using Mike for future modifications to my car
Had minor scratch on car and was told repair and repaint will take a week. Dropped off car Thursday evening, called on Saturday (9 days later) and was told car won't be ready till next Monday or Tuesday. OK, from Monday on, every day get a text saying the car is not quite ready but should be the next day, this goes on for the entire week, including assurance that the car will be ready for sure the next day, well it's not. Highly recommend, Mike is upfront, honest and runs his business based on ethics and morals. Not to mention he does phenomenal work. He did a wheel well from ohio that most shops denied, for a phenomal and fair price. Would highly recommend above any other shop in town. Cheers!
Mike and his staff worked with me to not only save money, but make my 2014 Camaro SS look way sharper then it did before the accident. Saved me $1500 from what the guys done the street wanted to charge me. They have fixed little things for me for free since then and get the work done fast. Mike treated me like family and I am sure he would for you too... take this advice and save and go see them at JD Image.
Dear Ms. Tempest and Ms.Hopkins Once again I would like to extend you both an apologie that you had such a horrible time with your MITSUBISHI. We never want anyone to feel mistreated with our bussiness. We gave you copies of your insurance estimate and all your receipts for you vehicle showing replacement of parts. You also requested all the old parts to be placed in the trunk for your keeping which we more than happily honored. Opposite to the reviews left previously, I had a fantastic experience with this business. I brought in my vehicle after a car wreck and I was greeted with kind words. Anything planned to be done on my car was consulted with me, and my car was worked on according to what I paid the business to do. I appreciate this great experience and will definitely reference them to my colleagues!
