It’s very rare when things go exactly as your contractor tells you they will, which is why we were a bit skeptical when we agreed to meet with the JDH team. During the inspection/consult meeting, Joey did a great job explaining the condition of our 15+ year old roof, and providing a detailed description of what we should expect throughout the entire process. JDH has a good sales pitch to attract customers and I can only hope their work is good since they replaced my roof and only time will tell. Their completion of work is horrible. They left a big mess of my yard, leaving old roof debris. I cleaned up part of it myself and they showed up a week later after I complained to help clean-up the mess they left behind. Im still finding roof nails occasionally and they left my yard looking like a heard of elephants trampled through it which is my problem. JDH is definitely not good wi... read more
