Tom came for the estimate at my house in Fredericksburg was very professional and very clearly laid out the work the I asked about getting done. Shower the process of how my shingles, fascia boards, and gutters would get done and they had multiple options for different pricing to find which best worked for my needs. And the crews that came out worked hard and were very professional during the whole project.

It’s very rare when things go exactly as your contractor tells you they will, which is why we were a bit skeptical when we agreed to meet with the JDH team. During the inspection/consult meeting, Joey did a great job explaining the condition of our 15+ year old roof, and providing a detailed description of what we should expect throughout the entire process. JDH has a good sales pitch to attract customers and I can only hope their work is good since they replaced my roof and only time will tell. Their completion of work is horrible. They left a big mess of my yard, leaving old roof debris. I cleaned up part of it myself and they showed up a week later after I complained to help clean-up the mess they left behind. If you’re in Crofton or the surround areas, I highly recommend JDH. Sam was so sweet, kind, and informative. He really listened to what mattered to us, helped us find the most cost effective way to get it done and offered financing options. The rest of the JDH team, including the owner, reached out/ stayed on touch through out our gutter project, and we are getting ready to use them for our roof as well. 5 star, 10/10 recommend this team

I had a positive experience with JDH from the very first phone call. Nya was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional while discussing my roof replacement options. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the process clearly, and made me feel confident in moving forward. The customer service over the phone was outstanding. Nya was patient, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution for my needs. Based on my experience speaking with Nya, I would highly recommend JDH to a... read more
