Worst ever experience with any service in the world I will call this one. We started care with them for our new born and he had visit with them. Then we requested care for other kids, they keep giving us trouble. We forwarded them all the records from prior hospital and we explained them our kids are healthy and up to date on vaccinations. They keep asking for same record from prior providers from NJ and our prior offices told us they already forwarded records. JDC is a wonderful practice. We’ve been taking our kids over 25 years and they have been great partners in our kids’ health!
I have been at JDC since I was a child & I’m almost 34. I had my daughter at 19 years old and my brother was in high school and a patient of Doctor Hanken’s and he took my daughter on and had her ever since!!! We love it here and feel like family!! Doctor Hanken is phenomenal and really cares!! My child use to play sick just to make a trip to see him!! All of the ladies in the office are very friendly and nice as well!! The environment is always amazing!! I highly recommend this pediatrician office!!
