Horrible business management and customer service. We had a metal roof that we put up and it was leaking. We called them to come out to fix the problem. They come out give me a quote for $7,000 and tell me they can fix it with no problem. So we have them do the job. Its still leaking. We've called them several times. They had a guy come out once to tighten a few screws and said that would work. Of course it doesn't. Called them again. They said there's nothing else they can do. I had our garage door opener system replaced with a new Genie garage door unit supplied and installed by JDB Home Improvements. I was very impressed and happy with the service and installation. Shad's work was very professional and he was thorough in his work. He took time to explain what he was doing, how to keep the system operating smoothly, and the importance of yearly maintenance. had all brand new windows installed on my home on 10/14 and 10/15. The windows look great, all of the trim on the outside was done very professional. It is amazing how quick they go this job complete. Chris was kind and polite, and the crew worked hard. They were even tolerant of my large dog constantly trying to get in their way. They cleaned up everything and both Joe and Chris came back to inspect the job to make sure it was done correctly. I highly recommend.

Honest and fair prices, and friendly project managers with great work ethic. These guys are the real deal..My overhead door to the garage was in bad shape, broken spring, out of adjustment, etc. and one of their professionals (Shad) gave it an overhaul and had it working as good as new in no time. Highly recommended.👍👍

Between our home and outbuildings, we recently had JDB Garage Doors service 5 of our garage doors. Shad showed up at the scheduled time, was professional, courteous, efficient, kept us apprised of any problems or issues he discovered, and the end results were excellent. Our garage doors are working beautifully, are aligned properly, and sound 100% quieter! The work was done in a timely manner, and the prices are excellent. We would highly recommend JDB for any and all garage door needs.

Called for an estimate to have some work done on my deck. They were too busy and didn't even want to look at it so they told me they would pass on the job. Really, your website says you do decks.
