Terrible Customer Service – Be Cautious! I contacted this company for a quote. They came out and only did part of the assessment. When I followed up about the rest, two weeks passed before they told me they hadn’t had a chance to complete it. I let them know we’d be seeking a quote from another company, and after that, they completely stopped responding. Even worse, when the insurance company tried to contact them, they hung up on them! Mario worked diligently with us and walked us through the repair. Always on time and excellent followup. Joshua brought in the crew exactly as planned and made sure that all repairs were completely and expertly. Checked in several times with the progress of the project. His painting team addressed every detail of the job too. All materials were picked up and removed. Very thankful for their work!
Everyone else tried to sell me a new roof and convince me my cedar shake roof was bad. I knew the roof wasn't bad. I just needed to repair a bad drainage spot in a eave. JBD came in, shot straight with me about the job and didn't even mention a whole roof replacement! They used the top quality materials, made improvements to the existing drainage area, and were impeccably tidy with their work and clean up. Thousands of starts for JBD!
