Beware – “their word” means pretty close to nothing! Based on my interaction with this “J.D. Vigil Heating and AC” company – you may be wise to look elsewhere for your AC repairs or installs. They agreed to a new AC unit install with a more powerful 4-ton AC unit for $10,000.00 and said they could do it the next day. It was finally activated 9 days later because they would not complete the install unless I paid an additional $1,000.00 to get the electrical connected for the unit.
