We had an issue with the first guy who came out to check our system so I asked them to send another tech and that’s how we got Frank, he’s amazing, lots of experience, knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it, even talked me through what he was doing, why the system does what it does etc. I’ll be asking for him by name from now on!!

Very impressed! Frank showed up on thw early side of the 4 hour window and quickly identified the issue and was in and out in less than an hour. He was professional and respectful. I would definitely use One hour heating and air conditioning again and recommend them to others.

Called in for a summer tune up and was scheduled right away. After a few hiccups Frank was able to get us up and running. Office staff always pleasant and accommodating, thank you! Would highly recommend!

We had Frank out to inspect a residential property we are buying and he impressed us beyond words. The time he spent to really get to the bottom of what the systems need was surpassed only by his ability to explain all that to us in results-based language we could understand. Frank is friendly, communicative and above all highly competent and honest. Like finding a good doctor or mechanic you can trust, we have found our HVAC solutions company and trusted technician, Frank.

Frank came out and was very helpful, informative and transparent throughout the whole process. Showed me temps of vents before and after fix.
