Definitely no customer service after the sale. Got a recall notice from the government on my humidifier, they sold me, that could possibly catch on fire that they installed and they will not help and at and told me to contact the manufacturer. Absolutely no customer service to help with a recall.

Completely thorough and transparent with everything! No pressure “ sales tactics” just facts and options. Polite people from the phone call to the technician whom came out! Will use these people for all my HVAC needs

JD Vigil Heating is the best air conditioner repair company here in Colorado Springs! We were having trouble with our central air conditioner unit and weren't sure what was wrong. The technician who came out to take a look at the issue was very polite, then fixed it without hesitation when we asked him to - we're very happy about his service because he went above an beyond by making some repairs for us that will ensure years of maintenance free living in this house thanks to you guys!!

Even when our family has very specific schedule needs, the team was able make time for us without any problems. Our new A/C system is running great and we're finally ready to battle the Colorado Springs heat!
