I wish we used Titan to put our 1st roof on 6 years ago. The company we used before brought a bunch of Guatemalans and that led to all the problems we had. Leak after leak ! After 3 Inspections by other roofing companies they found crooked nails, torn shingles, the wrong flashings used, and shingles that only had 2 nails in them when there is suppose to be 6 ! We hired Titan Roofing, paperwork was simple , and they gave us a Fortified new roof in about 2 weeks. All of their guys were local, were nice and did not tear my yard... read more

They got my roof fixed fast, Thankfully before all this bad weather hit. Affordable repair that was worth it. Good crew, not out of towners.

The Titan crew did a pretty good job on our roof, it was nice to be able to go in to their office and pick out what we wanted for color and brand. We called around Mobile and you would be amazed how many roofing companies dont even have an office. We liked how professional they were.

We had our 2 story roof replaced after trees fell on it last month. We called around and Titan Roofing was the 1st to get back to us. They got the trees off our roof, took pictures for my insurance company, put plywood over the holes and tarped it all up. That part was fast. They got the insurance company to pay for a whole new roof with upgraded shingles, even though it took a month for my insurance company to approve everything. This company first of all tried to bully me a female into contracting with them by forcing work on me to pay for that I didn't give verbal nor written consent to have done. Sent men out to retarp my already tarped roof through away my tarp nailed nails into my roof further damaging my roof and on top of that attached some wood to my damaged garage area stating that they stabilized my garage all of this done without written or verbal consent. Roof was to be replaced in January, rained 3.5 days during week. Rained in 6 rooms, 5 with popcorn ceilings. Nothing put over bare roof to prevent damage to property. Couch soaked in closed in patio, finish dull on end table top after room flooded. Have asked numerous times since January to call and make appt. to paint. Couch has to be steam cleaned. Patio ceiling has drip stains, some wood strips loosened. I can hire someone to repair damage if company approves their liability and payment.

Excellent workmanship. Detail oriented and clean up was superb. We love our new roof and the Fortified Discount is very helpful.
