I'm new to Decatur. I found one of their properties on Zillow. Requested a tour (zillow says I can request a tour). However, in reply of my request, I received a message saying that an application must be completed prior to viewing a property. They listed a website where I had to go to the link and fill out an application. I came here instead to see if they were even a legitimate company. I tried to get information on some of their properties, and I was told that I would have to fill out and pay for an application before ANY of my questions would be answered. Requiring a fee before answering if there is dedicated off street parking is ridiculous. Requiring a fee before answering if there is a step up into the house is ridiculous. Well you think they are good people til they find a blind spot. So yes I was wrong on my behalf on leaving nice stuff in the house when I moved. But I also left a note saying I was lying it forward because someone who needed it. Anyways. They make over way more money but going to send a few hundred dollars to the collection. I was always on time. Always kept communication opened with them. But yeah. They are good people just be careful with them and watchful.

Marsha was very dishonest!!! When I spoke to her prior to submitting our application I was upfront and honest with her about my credit score which I acquired immediately before she ran it as well as a tenant case based on my Ex Husband who kept possession of a property when we separated and then defaulted on the home. I was told both would be no issue as long as my background check came back clear which it came back crystal clear as I knew it would. I was told by Marsha to pay the fee and submit our application. Marcia( I guess that's what's shes calling herself 2 day ) is a Scam artist all the way. I have been given the runaround for the last 10 going on 11 weeks trying to rent a home . Marcia kept clamming that the information that was sent 3 times: she kept saying she didn't receive it but had no problem with getting my 80 dollars.I later got a text stating that I've been denied do to a eviction that happen in 2019 but my mother whom was the main applicant was completely eviction free. Unbelievable... Scam.
