This was a tough situation. Their website advertised 20% off on your first booking but you don’t get the 20% until your second use of their services. They arrived more than an hour late without calling, I called and did get a call back but not with a time estimate of arrival. They did not call to let me know the work was done. Overall communication was poor, but maybe that is normal? They cleaned our carpet well enough but left it so wet it took 4 days to dry with fans on. Wonderful experience! We have worked with them for years! It has been a pleasure to see them grow and expand. Our home is pristine weekly. When we moved, they cleaned and transported everything. In our new home, the exterior paint and varnish look spectacular. All staff and management are super friendly and they love our dogs!
