J&D Cleaning have been excellent for our vacation rental condo. They are timely, professional and thorough. And everyone in their office is nice! We will be glad to continue their top-quality service.
Overall, I think this company overcharges for their quality of cleaning service. I spent 2 days thinking whether I should write this review but ultimately, I figured it was important to leave an honest rating. We were scheduled to have a cleaning service arrive on Friday between 1 to 2 pm. Around 3:30 pm, we were told that they were running late. Since we had dinner plans, we rescheduled to Monday at 9 am. I hired the services of J&D, they cleaned to detail, a highly trained team, my house was spectacular, highly recommended.
Decided to use J&D after a stressful month and so glad I did. They did a great job, better than I could have imagined. I will be using their service regularly now, I should have started a long time ago. They are very easy to work with and on time and professional. Book them, you won't regret it.
