I found J&D through a local community search, where they seemed to be well recommended. Communication was quick and efficient, and the team was able to take on a rush job last minute, cleaning after a move. The place was sparkling afterward! I would definitely use them again.

This was a tough situation. Their website advertised 20% off on your first booking but you don’t get the 20% until your second use of their services. They arrived more than an hour late without calling, I called and did get a call back but not with a time estimate of arrival. They did not call to let me know the work was done. Overall communication was poor, but maybe that is normal? They cleaned our carpet well enough but left it so wet it took 4 days to dry with fans on.
