Buyer beware! JD Motors has an 'F' rating with the better business bureau for a reason. All of the complaints are listed on the BBB website and all related to shady sales practices. I know because I feel victim as well. These are the guys that give used car dealers a bad name! While their overall rating may be high, the significant number of 1-star reviews should make you very, very concerned!
This is the best dealership I have ever seen. Its more like a car show and zero pressure!
Joseph and his brother are a great team. After 6 months of owning my Lexus Roadster, I heard some strange noise coming from the from wheel area and mentioned it to Joseph. I can't believe it but he actually paid for a $450 service to my vehicle at a repair shop of my choice to warranty an un warrantied vehicle. I don't think it gets much better than that. STRAIGHT FORWARD !!!!!! HONEST !! – I gotta say Joseph was the most straight forward person I have ever done business with. He had a full office and still manage to deal with me on a personal level. Funny group of guys that make you feel comfortable buying from and down to earth brothers. He knew everything from miles on the car, engine type, options it has & even options the car could come with. Awesome!!! – Abe was EXTREMELY helpful. He was honest and helped correct problems caused by another mechanic. He also charged me $100 less than the other mechanic would have for another issue. I will definitely use Abe from now on!!!!!!
Straight Forward repair shop! WOW – Honest Great Repair Shop! These guys stayed in till 10:30 pm so i could get to the airport the next day! Love those guys! Honest quick on point!
