The level of incompetence that J&D Management consists of is higher than any company I've ever come across. My girlfriend and I live in an apartment that is NO LONGER (!!!) even working with J&D Management (because they were that bad, but that was before we even used them so I'll let someone else handle those gripes) and they still keep sending us intimidating emails basically threatening to remove us from our property because we have not paid our rent.
