Every year they see me shoveling the sidewalk and push snow right into what I shoveled and on to me. One time I tried to wave them off the sidewalk a bit and one of the drivers got out aggressively cussing and yelling then seemed to rethink his actions and got back in the truck. This year they covered one of my guys in wet snow and passed quickly about 1-2’ away from him with the plow blade. It is a repeat problem from them.
I know a lot of reviews here mention responsiveness, but we have been using J&D for a year now and have had no issues! The landscaping is great, and responsiveness has not been an issue for us. If they don’t answer the phone right away, they are always quick to email us and follow up on the voicemail we left. Their current review average at the time of writing (1.8) is not at all reflective of this company in our experience.
