Do not sell your jewelry here. I went elsewhere and literally got 4 times what he offered me. For appraisals he seems fine. Like the other review, I like the fact that he does the appraisal right in front of you. I have to wonder how accurately he is valuing my jewelry though since he SO undervalued the items I was interested in selling him.
Very happy with service.
