Wife’s car was on last leg. Went in look at several cars. Got the one she wanted, fit our budget and 2 year warranty with 1 year of free oil changes.
My first experience with JD byrider was awesome but my second experience was awful. my sales person Angela was great so was John the finance manager but Diane really needs to work on her customer service skills.she was rude and very unprofessional. I don't think I will refer anyone to this company again.
Such quick service but not one mishap they sure know what their doing all went smooth, my sales gal came in on her day off to finish my deal . I will come back
So my second experience with J D Byrider wasn’t good at all. I had almost nothing to chose from. My sales girl was awesome but the other lady (Diane) was awful. She was very cold and short. It was like I was bother her to be there. Then when I picked a vehicle, there was some issues that needed fixed. The sales girl said it wouldn’t be a problem. The staff was very friendly helpful an able to answer our questions. They scheduled us to bring the van back to tend to couple minor concerns. After trying several places they were only one to give us a chance working with our budget. Thanks to the staff in Springfield Illinois
