My wife had brake work done here. She was impressed with the two ladies who are running the service department.

I went to this dealer as not my first and or only option and that's what they treated me as ...and I can positively say that I have never been treated as low as this company maid me feel as many other dealerships I have came into big named to small trying to take advantage of you or not I have never been in a room with a camera in my face like a criminal. JD Byrider is the best! The staff on the sales floor (Alphonzo, Alyssa, Tony, and Trevor) are especially helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build credit and get into a reliable car!
I worked with Tony and I must say he went above and beyond to make sure we did not walk away unsatisfied. He showed great care ans concern for his customers and has great customers service skill!
The staff were wonderful to work with. I have dealt with used car lots before and always had bad first impressions, but not with JD Byrider. They helped me get into a dependable vehicle and the payment plan is better than i had expected!
