Car after a year tranny went week in shop rental car for a week on my dime get it back and is not shifting back there again if you have bad credit try to get a better car for your value they will rip you off for a car you pay 4 times for and u miss a day the threaten to get your car it's insane and you have to pay for rental and tow on your own yes they did pay for the tranny but I still feel it's going to break down daily !!!
for the most part they are pretty good. In mycase I had an issue with a van I bought from them since day one. It took 4 visits at nearly 3 months to finally get the issue taken care of. Needless to say service department needs some revamping on taking care of customers issues and keeping in close contact till the issue is rectified
