Unable to get vehicles ready for long periods of time when they first receive on lot Also my vehicle has been in sever times for repair but problem with transmission continues to be a problem

Took my car there to get fixed and they broke a window claiming that the head person was suppose to call never did the service manager keith is very rude and had a bad experience took my car there 4 times still have the same problem smh 🤦🏼♂️ and im just upset the fact is i gotta pay for a window i didnt break they did . But the sales people are great just the service part

im not a happy customer. my car was in yesterday and my appt was at 9 am i decided to call at 2 to see whats going on with it come to find out i needed a new oil filter housing ok. So as i was driving to work this morning my tire light comes on i pull over and find out everything is fine get to work mind you i work at firestone comes to find out i need a new tire sensor and as they lift up my car i see my muffler hanging there i think im more mad that it was just in the shop yesterday they didnt tell me anything.
