Some of the things like brakes and other stuff are in my opinion is pricey, But they are what they are

Ain't gonna lie went almost 2 weeks ago to get front and back brakes and rotor they work really fast and good didn't wait too long yes kind of bad on giving recipe not sure if it fall on them or not but now I'm missing to studs in my wheel hub cause they broke off from my lug nut was put on too tight and scripted. Am I responsible for this I know things happen or does it fall on the shop.
