Joe at JD Airconditioning and Plumbing is the best! Our insurance company required us to install a Moen Flo Leak Detection system, and Joe came out super quickly to get the job done. He’s incredibly honest, fair with his prices, and a licensed professional who provides proper receipts—perfect for insurance documentation. We’ve already used Joe twice for our properties, and his work has been top-notch every time. If we ever need plumbing services again, he’ll be our first call. Highly recommend!
Joe came to do a good installation on my Air conditioning I am Very happy
Joe came out to fix an old issue, weak hot water stream in the main shower. We've had this problem for years, tried resolving by changing shower heads, filters.I wanted to try replacing the cartridge but seemed a bit overwhelming. The issue was a bit more complex than just replacing the cartridge, he continued troubleshooting without giving up and got it fixed. The wife is now happy she has a working shower. Highly recommend Joe!
Called Joe again yesterday and he came over first thing in the morning today, un-clogged a shower and fixed a faucet. He is very professional and will definitely continue to use his AC and plumbing services moving forward. I called Joe on a Saturday at noon and he came by my house within the hour. We had a clogged sink, and he quickly fixed the problem. He is very professional, left the work area very clean and the value was great. I will definitely use his services again when needed. Definitely will recommend Joe.
Joe came out to repair a shower valve. Immediately tried telling me it was Chinese junk and needed to be replaced. It didn’t make sense, he told me to get a pressure cartridge, I did, he came back, didn’t know how to change it, left to buy a tool not needed Repeatedly told me I needed a new valve Quoted $1500.00 I found the manufacturer,it’s a high end valve with a Lifetime warranty, they knew what was wrong and sent the parts and I fixed in 15 min.
