Would give them 0 stars. Went there to replace my watch battery. The lady said it’ll take 5 min but she couldn’t do it because it was “too tight” so she went to her “office” next door. When she returned she quickly helped me put my watch back on my wrist. When I got home, I noticed the back was all scratched up. She did not disclose how badly they scratched the back and edges of my watch. Never coming back!
Great customer service
