This is a terrible company run by very incompetent/fraudulent people who will charge you by the estimates and not by work actually done. Falsifying claims to insurance on your behalf and when the insurance denies the charges they will attempt to charge you. We have apartment buildings and have dealt with many contractors and JCS Restoration is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with in regard to honesty and integrity. Gave us a timeline of 4 months. Now going on 8 months and job is not finished. Towards the tail end they wanted payment for incomplete work. They abandoned us, left the project in limbo. On top of this the subcontractors (most likely they hired unlicensed subs) did a sloppy job. Paint splatters all over the doorknobs, uneven tile installation with grout missing in several places, uneven countertops including crooked cuts, mutliple attempts and holes trying to install cabinet handles and knobs. Tbh a very unreliable company. If you want your home to look amazing and model like this is NOT the company you want to be using. They say they are one stop shop, but each arm of their company doesn’t speak to the other during our pack in and packout. A large percentage of our items are damaged and they offered is pennies on the dollar. In addition, they claimed that they do high end restorations all the time, but they do not have that expertise.
