After posting it, the manager reached out personally, returned to our home, and truly made us feel heard. He was polite, caring, and thoughtful, even bringing a plant as a gesture of goodwill. UPDATE: I was contacted by the renovation manager, Robert, and we spoke for over an hour. He was very patient as I told him an account of everything. Afterward, he Took ownership of my mistreatment and apologize. I appreciated it the way he handled it. He also asked for another opportunity to restore trust. I bumped up their review to three stars due to the way he handled the situation, and the respect he earned from me during that verbal transaction.
