Prudy was a great agent to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the Jonesboro area. I really liked working with her because she was pushy or urging me to purchase a house that I was not comfortable with. Prudy was especially helpful when it came time to dealing with the inspection process and the list of repairs for the sellers. I would definitely use her again if I was buying or selling a home in Jonesboro.

Prudence helped my daughter find her first home. She treated her like she was her own daughter and made sure to find her a reasonably priced home, move in ready, in a safe neighborhood. She went above and beyond what was required to make sure everything was taken care of. My wife and I live three hours away. Prudence made sure our visits were productive and took care of working with the inspector when we couldn't be there. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Jonesboro area.
