Didn't realize their stump grinder was sub-contracted out. It's been over a week and the stump still hasn't been grinded down. Also, clean up could have been a little neater. Called to question when they will come back & grind the stump and still have not heard back. It's now been 3 days.
He didn't come when I was told he would.

They still haven't finished the job and to get the work they started we had to keep calling them. Very unprofessional.
They did a great job. I would hire them again.
The owner came out and asked what I wanted done, asked questions about what I wanted and what I didn't want! Came out and did the work, called to know if done OK & if I wanted anything else, also came back to finish things he didn't get done because of all the rain.
JC came out to my home and viewed my propery and assessed all the work that needed to be done in order to get my yard ready for Spring. He listened to me and gave me a quote on the spot. I appreciate the fact that the company was able to get the yard done the same day!
