I gave them one more time to mess up. After driving my car out, after it was washed, a couple of guys started drying it off, then after two minutes, I noticed they left my car door open and never returned. I had to say something to one of the guys working on another car and tell him I do not want my battery to go down, please shut the door until they return. Owner is rude.. .......disrespectful. I won't go back.
I have always been pleased. Will take my car in between rains this week before guests arrive later in the week. The prices are exceptional.
Charged extra $5 because my truck was dirty - not muddy. When I questioned the charge I was told to quit bringing in a dirty truck! So I will. Won't be back!
