This shop cause me nothing but STRESS and THOUSANDS of DOLLARS lost! CHRIS is a heartless lier. He had my family stranded with no warning. Not only did i cry the entire time my car was in this shop, due to checks this shop gave me my Arrowhead bank account is now on a FRAUD FREEZE. I can no longer use my ATM. In closing, CHRIS told me number of times that his shop would cover my rental. Now I have a $376.14 bill from credit collections. Chris from JC'S was absolutely awesome. I was in a horrible accident in Mareno Valley and my car was towed to a lot in Riverside. He sent a tow truck from Santa Ana all the way to Riverside to pick up my vehicle. Unfortunately, my car was declared a total loss by my insurance company but I was so fortunate that my, but it made it very easy for me to get my belongings from the vehicle. My experiance with this place was the worst .Not only was thier customer service the worst , my car was there for 6 months for repairs that should of been reparied in 3 weeks .The guy Chris gave me the run around everytime i spoke with him . . he told me that there was more damage done to my car by one of his employees that moved it and hit something.. I would never recommend or refer this place to my worst enemy .. This place is a joke...
Christian completely took care of our 2007 Cadillac Escalade getting it ready to sell for us... it needed new bumpers, paint near back window, and around side windows. Dent in the passenger side wheel well. Then, he did a complete detail that was long overdue. The car looked so nice our friends asked if it was the "same car".
