I shopped there today for the first time and sadly got to know it was going out of the business. I love Jcrew and hope the other store in Ross Park Mall won’t be closed.

I’m not sure why this store has really bad reviews. This JCrew doesn’t carry as much selection as others do, but it’s also a smaller location. If they don’t have the stuff in stock, the sales people can help you order it online and they waive the shipping fee as well. The sales staff is super duper helpful and knowledgeable. The manager of this store helped me buy my coat and I also opened up a JCrew credit card. She called the company so that I could get a discount the day of my purchase.
