I highly recommend Gema Steele at the West Town Mall JC Penney hair salon. She styled my hair for a professional headshot and did a wonderful job. She also was extremely kind, which meant a lot to me — on that particular day especially. She is a great hairdresser.
Chris Kirsch has issues. I give her NO STARS! When I saw her at the Westtown JCPenney hair salon, she did not have my appt. in their computer because I know her. Chris had me pay her CASH at her chair and said shhhhh, this is between us! Chris said I did not need to check out because the receptionist was out. I did not get a receipt that day. I had to listen to her say really bad things about the other stylists the entire time I was there. I will never go back because of her personality issues, jealousy and dishonesty!
Okay their grandmother and their great aunt took my twin girls here yesterday. One person did fine on one twin. The other one completely butchered my daughter’s bangs. I may as well have just handed the safety scissors to my 2 year old to do them herself. Seriously how could anyone think this looks okay? This is absolutely atrocious work and I can’t believe my family was charged $12 for this. They are about to start preschool on Tuesday thanks a lot!
My 2nd appointment with Chris was wonderful. She really listened and did exactly what I asked her to do. Just like my first appointment, Chris was kind, professional, personsable, knowledgeable and all around super. I've already made my next appointment. Ask for Chris. You'll walk away looking fabulous.
Chris is Wonderful! Top Knotch! She massaged my head and than put a hot towel on my head to let the conditioner settle in. She gave me the best shag cut I've ever had. Chris has been in the business for 22 years and is highly qualified. She also waxed my eyebrows. Not only is she well experienced, she also is kind and personable. I highly recommend her. I will go no where else.
