Had my hair by Diana. Her rates are through the roof and for what????? I asked for low lights and got highlights. I asked for a small trim and I left four inches less. Never again. Will not repeat
The customer service is poor. The quality of the jewelry is terrible. The value is just not there. They are ripping people off everyday with the prices. This is not even a step up from walmart.
