I booked a 1:00 PM appointment with Gia for kinky mini twists and called multiple times beforehand to confirm.Even bought the requested extentions. On the day of, she told me her 11:00 AM client was running late and moved me to 2:30 PM, which I agreed to. She then called again and canceled completely, saying she was running behind and wouldn't stay past 5:00 PM. I had the best braid takedown and shampoo service by Brittany. My shampoo was excellent. I had an appointment with another stylist that didn't make it, however she took me. I highly recommend Brittany. She is licensed and a master stylist. Looking forward to my next service with her. Calvin was nice also🙂

My experience with Billy was not positive. She left my hair orange and very brassy and would not take accountability for it. She kept saying that it was the color I chose, but it was far from that. I asked other stylist at the salon if my hair was brassy and they agreed, however Billy insisted that it was just the lighting in the salon. I’m no fool. I paid $285 and left unhappy. I will not be back. And now I have to go elsewhere to have this fixed and spend even more money.

CINDY WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND KIND! She did my hair perfect and was so gentle and kind she made small talk with me and assured me that she could do it and not to worry I’m always gonna ask for her when I come :)
