I cannot express how grateful I was to get my hair fixed by Tamara. I went and had a horrible color and cut somewhere else, and they would not fix it unless I paid again. I went to JCPenney salon, and Tamara listened to me, spent time with me to figure out what would be best to fix my hair. Now my hair feels better and looks amazing! I left feeling so much better because of her. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely come back!

I scheduled an appointment online for a basic haircut. I told the stylist I wanted a cut, just below my shoulders. It is completely butchered, uneven & several inches shorter than I wanted.
Ive got a haircut over there many times and they all tuned out good but I went today and a girl forgot her name but she had a dirty blonde hair and she did so bad she barely cut off hair and I wanted to go in and look new but I came out looking the same and feeling so so bad like my hair was tangled
