Avoid Avoid Avoid the Salon I’ve been between North Little Rock JCP Salon & LR. Many of times and was never told they charge by the Hour “wow” and on top of that to wash your hair is $50! I brought my own hair for the style I wanted & The style ended up looking like a teenager trying to do hair/ Plaits is what I ended up with and was told the style didn’t turn out right because of the type of hair I brought wow . My daughter and I have been coming to JCP salon for 10 plus years with no complaints until the last 2 visits. Made an appointment for a SILK PRESS for my daughter. I was recommended another stylist as my usual said she was not available for the time I needed. When I looked at the hair, I asked if this was a SILK PRESS because it was frizzy at the ends and NOT a SILK PRESS ! To make it short; I was totally dissatisfied as the price was $70 and another 30 to clip her ends, which was bad as well ! Will not return!!

Beware of this place! I took my daughter to get a shampoo and a silk press and was charged $125 which I have never been charged that much before, the most I have payed for a silk out is $85 at the Shackelford location and the lady at the front counter tried to make me pay for a hair cut that she didn’t get, she kept yelling at me saying your daughter got a haircut and eventually I hard to go and get the stylist to prove I was telling the truth. I went to JC Penny's looking for bra's, I am not a small person and often have difficulty finding my size. I found 3. All from the same place. When I went to pay only one was the clearance price the other 2 were $16.99 more. I looked on line and found the same brand for $7 less. Of course I returned the one's that apparently were not on clearance and purchased the online bra's.
