Beware of this place! I took my daughter to get a shampoo and a silk press and was charged $125 which I have never been charged that much before, the most I have payed for a silk out is $85 at the Shackelford location and the lady at the front counter tried to make me pay for a hair cut that she didn’t get, she kept yelling at me saying your daughter got a haircut and eventually I hard to go and get the stylist to prove I was telling the truth. I went to JC Penny's looking for bra's, I am not a small person and often have difficulty finding my size. I found 3. All from the same place. When I went to pay only one was the clearance price the other 2 were $16.99 more. I looked on line and found the same brand for $7 less. Of course I returned the one's that apparently were not on clearance and purchased the online bra's.

9/9/23- my friend and I were being gifted spur of the moment haircuts to combat hard times life is giving us. We started looking for a place that would be open long enough for us to get cut and color done. Deciding jcp. Would be open for a couple of hours at least ONE of us would be able to get our hair done OR set us up for a cut and color soon.
