I've been going to this salon for several years to have my hair done by Marissa Thiele and she does an excellent job on mine and my son's hair. I highly recommend using JCP Salon.

Marissa T is fantastic! She's been my stylist for about a year. Being relatively new to the area, I tried many places and stylists until I found her. She always listens to my hair concerns and makes practical recommendations. The color is spot on and the cuts are just as we discuss. And the salon is really convenient (hours and locations) so that's bonus.

DO NOT GO HERE! My appointment was at 4:15 pm with Alia. I got there at 4:10. No one even greeted me or made eye contact with me until 4:25. The lady let my stylist know I was there. My stylist finally greeted me at 4:45 and told me she was almost ready. I got into her chair at 4:50. When I booked the appointment online, it was going to be $127 for a cut and highlights. She said it would cost $226 and she was so sorry that the online price was so inaccurate. I walked out of the appointment at that point.

HORRIBE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! From the start she was very rough with my head and hair. Her name is Nancy. She didn’t shampoo my hair only quickly put conditioner. Then I told her how much to trim and then to cut long layers. She faced me away from the mirror the whole time. So I was blind to what she was doing and how much she was cutting off! My part was off center and my hair cut was very uneven. She cut off double or more of the amount I said. It’s like she chose how she wanted my hair without listening to what I wanted!!! ... read more
