Went into Cielo Vista Mall Salon. To start off the Lady that was at the front desk didn't welcome me in. Just briefly looked over from computer and went back to doing whatever she was doing. Told her I had an appointment. She told me where to wait in the back and that the stylist was working on someone. I was totally fine waiting as this stylist was new to the location. Went in to fix something that wasn't so so bad but a young stylist by the name of Salma fixed it and just really did an awesome job something I hadn't had done in years she really did it right and took her time to fix it!! She's quiet but that was OK she was great and that's what really matters. Thanks.

I went in for hair color and highlights, the highlights are terrible, some are brassy some, blonde bordering on greenish. I told the stylist I wanted some thin subtle highlights. The haircut is uneven. I regret this so much! I went to JC penny salon thinking I would be safe having this done!. I am calling today to speak with a manger so someone can FIX my hair! This disaster cost me almost 200.00!
