Jillian did a great job with my cut and blow dry. My hair was a mess and she fixed it right up. Super nice and great at her job!

I'm giving 1 star based on my personal haircut, which is horrific. I wanted a bob, showed pictures, and explained, and now I have a flapper girls cut, which I can't even do anything with because it's too short to even fix. Now I just have to let it grow out and pray that I can find someone to fix it in a month, when I have some length to work with.
