I’m a constant customer of this salon but the experience I had today was just terrible. I had a scheduled appointment at 12:45pm (XPRESS haircut 30 mins) with Victoria, one of the ladies checks me in and I’m told to wait a couple mins since Victoria has another client in the chair 10 mins rolls by and nobody says a thing, I wait until 1. UPDATE: I had my appointment last Feb 15 to redo my hair color and cut; it was Priscilla Martinez who did my hair and I loved it. She knows what she was doing and helped my understand options and possible outcomes which was very helpful. I updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars bcos I was happy with the redo. I wanted to give it a higher rating, but considering the time and money I had to spend for this redo, I think the rating is fair. I walked in to get a partial retouch for a balayage that I already had, along with a trim. I showed a picture of what I wanted as I only wanted my roots retouched to blend in with the balayage I already had. Maria was the assigned stylist and Jose was guiding her throughout the entire process. I felt comfortable as it seemed like he knew what we had doing and she was following. A pretty good place but you need to be careful on choosing the stylist. I recently went to get a nice haircut for my birthday and work and asked for a shorter wolfcut, the lady did not do anything I asked for, I asked for some length and texture and flow. I came out with a Kim jong Un haircut and it doesn’t look too bad but there’s a lot fundamentally wrong with it on top of me getting a completely different haircut than I asked for. There are some great stylist there however. I recommend going with Delores
