A pretty good place but you need to be careful on choosing the stylist. I recently went to get a nice haircut for my birthday and work and asked for a shorter wolfcut, the lady did not do anything I asked for, I asked for some length and texture and flow. I came out with a Kim jong Un haircut and it doesn’t look too bad but there’s a lot fundamentally wrong with it on top of me getting a completely different haircut than I asked for. There are some great stylist there however. I recommend going with Delores

I’ve always loved this salon til recently I took my daughter for a haircut for back to school. She was very excited to get her bangs for the first time. She had a guy named Marcos I believe he was working on someone at the time of our appointment so some minutes later he got my daughter and then he had 2 other people coming in for appointments as well, he rushed through my daughters hair cut and did a horrible hair cut. I am truly upset. At the time I couldn’t tell because my daughter's hair was wet.
My daughter set up an appointment at J.C. Penney salon for 12:00 pm noon but the stylist Sarah never showed up or even reply a confirmation to her phone or the salon at the moment when we were there. I felt really bad for my 15 year old daughter because she had to sit for about 2 hours since 11 am. till my hair was done a little after 1 pm. from my appointment at 11 am. Much appreciated to the hairstylist that was available to take my daughter next after her appointment customer.
I went in today to get a haircut and blow dry/ style service, can I just say I finally found the hairstylist that I want to do my hair everytime! I am so happy with the results, Maria you have a client for LIFE! Great atmosphere and she listens to what you want. Amazing!
