I booked myself for a nape cut, and my son (7) for a side and back fade with their back to school special. Their special said that it included a wash, and cut. My son's hair is in individual braids, and they said it would not be a problem to get him washed. My son was serviced by Carmen. Initially she did not fade his hair properly, and he corrected her. Today my children had an appointment and when it was there turn no one wanted to cut there hair they said they were busy but they were using there phone never again going back.

As a woman who has experienced these issues, I urge the manager to take immediate action to rectify the situation. When clients arrive, the barber should be present well before the scheduled time and ensure that they are well-groomed and prepared.
