I would like to share my recent visit at JCPenney Hair Salon in Salinas. I asked Monica Murillo for highlights, but unfortunately the results were not what I requested or expected. The color turned out orange and yellow, and the highlights were patchy and uneven. My family and friends immediately noticed how off it looked, and I was very embarrassed by the result.
