I’ve been coming here for years for my haircut. Front desk personnel are pleasant, helpful, and professional. Although, I’m an hour away from where I live, I chose this location because Vicky does a excellent job cutting my hair, the place is clean, and I can call to make an appointment with no problem.
Update: I think there is some issue that my reviews are getting deleted for god knows what reasons. JC Penny Salon is one of the best. My mother went there for a facial. Presha who is one of the salon experts did phenomenal job. My mother is really happy with the outcome. I highly recommend JC Penny Salon and specifically Presha. Thanks for your expertise and customer handling.
Had a facial done by Pasha really nice very relaxing and my skin looks and feels amazing. Would definitely recommend it. I always get my hair done there and I’m glad they have the new addition by adding facials.
I recently had a facial with Kerri And I would highly recommend! She was so gentle and informative during the process. I love how glowy and radiant my skin looked afterwards. I even got an amazing arm massage during my service. 10/10 I loved her !
I went to JCP salon for a facial, which was done by Kerri. Kerri was very professional, welcoming and warm. She assessed my skin, asked me questions about my skin and skin care routine and talked me through everything she was going to do, as well as all the products she would be using. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole service. She treated me with care and the results were phenomenal.
