I honestly don’t understand the 3.8 Stars. The customer service was FANTASTIC , “RITCHY” the stylist/ Barber. This is the second time, coming to this salon for a great result!! He takes his time is patient and gives you straightforward & professional advice of how to treat and manage your hair texture and style. I believe anyone, who loves their hair but mistrusts a new stylist - give them a chance. Horrible service and experience because I was waiting since 3pm and she just told us we are not talent any customers after long waiting
It’s a shame that Jcpenny salon does not give hair cut/shampoo discounts to their long time customers. They will give 20 percent discounts to new customers and just this weekend 10 haircuts for sign in. You can’t use your mastre stylist who you been seeing for years. Jcpenny do better in keeping your loyal customers.
