I left speechless!!! I asked for a butterfly cut and that’s exactly what I got and more! I had Lexi as my hair stylist and she was amazing and very sweet!

First time receiving a service from JCP and I was surprised that there even was a salon here. I was approached by a friendly hairstylist named Lexi who was offering first time discounts. I took her up on her offer and she did not disappoint!! I got a face frame with a blowout and left with soo much volume. I WILL be coming back.

I went in for the $20 blowout and ended up being charged $45 because they used a flat iron on my hair. The stylist suggested using the flat iron because she said my hair was too curly, but didn’t mention that I would be up-charged for it. I was blindsided by the extra charge.

I got a haircut here yesterday and it was quite literally one of the worst haircuts i have ever got. It was my fault for thinking I should trust the hairdressers process because I left with a lot less hair than we discussed about taking off. I have to now go pay a fortune to get it fixed at a proper salon.

Worst experience—this is the second time this has happened. I initially removed my previous review thinking it might have been a one-time issue, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. The salon at JCPenney has extremely unprofessional and rude staff. The front desk employee, who is usually present, asked if I had an appointment. I told her I was there to schedule an appointment for hair color. After that, she completely ignored me and continued chatting with her coworker about money-related matters.
