LaNesha did such an amazing job on my hair! She rescued and revived it back to life and we had such an awesome conversation while she was working her magic. She's got a deep love and passion for the art, so much wisdom and just a sweetheart of a soul. My mom received perm and cut 5 days ago. Five days later all the curls are out. You wouldn’t know she had a perm. She is very unhappy.
The managment was horrible and so was the service I received. I made my first appointment with a stylist . I showed what I wanted and came out with nothing similar to it . My hair was cut short without me knowing. Also my hair came out damage from the wrong color. It was spotty and horrible. To only find out she only use a toner and not hair color. After crying for 2 days I called to speak to a manager. He told me he will refund me a provide me with a free service with their master stylist to fix my hair the way I wanted. I ... read more
