I moved to Fairfield a couple of years ago and I I was looking for a new hairstylist. I went to another salon in the mall and was not happy with the customer service. A couple of months ago I decided to try JCPenny. I got scheduled with Hosai and she did an amazing haircut. It looked exactly like the picture. I went to get a haircut, showed the stylist a picture of something i was wanting, noteing that i do NOT want shoulder length hair since i had very long hair and kind of wanted to keep some length. After she was finishing the cut and blowout, come to see my hair was way past the line i showed her where i wanted it. I do NOT recommend jcpenny as they higher intern stylist that do not follow what customers ask for. LaNesha did such an amazing job on my hair! She rescued and revived it back to life and we had such an awesome conversation while she was working her magic. She's got a deep love and passion for the art, so much wisdom and just a sweetheart of a soul. I can't wait to go back for a trim and to keep growing out this real cute look we found for me. 🧡☮️💇 Very reasonably priced and convenient online booking.
