I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. The stylist was working on another client so I took a seat to wait. I understand sometimes appointments run a little over. FIFTEEN MINUTES after my appointment was scheduled to start, and not even being acknowledged, I told her I was leaving due to the wait and being ignored. This is unacceptable. Dealt with quite the disrespectful stylist at 3pm today, on December 5th. I’d scheduled an appointment at 3:15. Came in a few minutes early. I was told she has no knowledge of an appointment, but said she’ll fit me in. She then sat in the back and made chit chat for 40+ minutes, clearly no rush, as I’m just another person. and at 3:50 or so I was told “we won’t have time for you today”. no one could have done it better than kallie. she is so amazing i love her so much, i am in love with my hair and it’s all thanks to her. my experience was overall the best ever!!!!!!:)
