I absolutely love getting my hair done by Joelly! She’s young but very talented and listens to what I want!
Took my 89 yo mom in for trim. It turned out to be a shearing. First pic was what it should be and 2nd is what we got.
I used to go to Joelly but she left so I started going to the Woodland Hills location. I found out recently that Joelly is back and I am so glad. She does a great job on my hair and she is a very nice person.
I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. The stylist was working on another client so I took a seat to wait. I understand sometimes appointments run a little over. FIFTEEN MINUTES after my appointment was scheduled to start, and not even being acknowledged, I told her I was leaving due to the wait and being ignored. This is unacceptable. Dealt with quite the disrespectful stylist at 3pm today, on December 5th. I’d scheduled an appointment at 3:15. Came in a few minutes early. I was told she has no knowledge of an appointment, but said she’ll fit me in. She then sat in the back and made chit chat for 40+ minutes, clearly no rush, as I’m just another person. and at 3:50 or so I was told “we won’t have time for you today”.
