If I could write a minus 10 for a review I would. Lousy selection, horrible prices and dishonest and incompetent employees. They have stopped selling many major brands and their new pricing totally confusing. No sales any more. And they can't even have a christmas contest without their employees cheating and stealing the contest codes. I am not shopping there anymore.

I arrived at Penney's on 3/2 ready to purchase a Seiko watch for my son's birthday. I asked the saleslady to explain the two round dials in the face of the watch and she said she "did not know what they were for". I was surprised she was in fine jewelry, with no knowledge and unimpressive people skills. I asked if there would be a little discount since she would be selling me the watch in the case and she said absolutely no. I took my business elsewhere. You need to do better Penney's. Nice, well run shop. Excellent hours. Clean-cut stylists who work well together. Reasonable prices. What more can you ask for?
Very friendly operators, was not able to help me but was so apologetic and yet so helpful with directing me to where I needed to be.
JC Penney has great sales and friendly employees.
More selection please? I would love to be able to find something for myself...not my daughter or my mother to wear. Anything for 30 and 40 somethings? Their must be something between LEI and Sag Harbor!
