Hope you don't need a haircut here, they don't answer the phone and there's no voicemail. Good job. Customer service at is finest. You call, you go straight to the typical we're-to-cheep-to-pay-a-real-person call-bot. Who loops you through options that lead nowhere. Who needs customer service when you've got profits to worry about.

I got my hair colored and cut today by Sarah Frisk. She did so amazing! I am in love with how the color turned out, and my trim was exactly what I asked for. I will be returning to her for my future color/cuts! I hope the color combo she used is saved for next time :)

I do not recommend Carlena. I have very curly hair someone recommended her. I only wanted a trim and some shaping to get rid of my dead ends. She chopped off 4 years of growth. 😭😭 I basically have a fro. I’d told her during the haircut how long it took me to grow it. When I got home I cried. It was also so uneven I couldn’t even straighten it. She did not offer me anything other than having me come back so she could cut more off, and that was only after I asked what could be done. Thomas Andy did a great job! He took his time, and it wasn’t easy. My hair was down to my shoulders. Great job with the transformation.
