So upset with how my son’s haircut went today. He’s been growing it out for two years. He’s autistic and learned skills to brush and take care of his hair to prove he could have it long. We were all so proud of him. He asked for a mullet and we all obliged him! They started and a guy came over to teach her the clippers. Okay. I was very happy with what Shaina did to my hair. I hadn't had my hair cut in decades and she was very helpful and put me at ease.

Hope you don't need a haircut here, they don't answer the phone and there's no voicemail. Good job. Customer service at is finest. You call, you go straight to the typical we're-to-cheep-to-pay-a-real-person call-bot. Who loops you through options that lead nowhere. Who needs customer service when you've got profits to worry about.

I got my hair colored and cut today by Sarah Frisk. She did so amazing! I am in love with how the color turned out, and my trim was exactly what I asked for. I will be returning to her for my future color/cuts! I hope the color combo she used is saved for next time :)

I do not recommend Carlena. I have very curly hair someone recommended her. I only wanted a trim and some shaping to get rid of my dead ends. She chopped off 4 years of growth. 😭😭 I basically have a fro. I’d told her during the haircut how long it took me to grow it. When I got home I cried. It was also so uneven I couldn’t even straighten it. She did not offer me anything other than having me come back so she could cut more off, and that was only after I asked what could be done.
